These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sjn-marketing.com and any services purchased from SJN Marketing. By booking a call, purchasing a service, or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Who You're Contracting With
SJN Marketing is a Pennsylvania-based marketing agency.
Our Services
SJN Marketing offers a 90-day local SEO trial for $750, one-time, upfront. This includes Google Business Profile optimization, on-page SEO, local citation building, and weekly progress updates, as described on our Pricing page. Additional services (advertising management, website builds, social media management) may be available separately and are scoped and priced individually.
Payment
Payment is due upfront via PayPal. The $750 trial fee is one-time and does not automatically renew. One week before your 90-day trial ends, we will offer you the option to continue on a monthly retainer; there is no obligation to continue, and the retainer can be canceled in any given month with no long-term contract.
Our Guarantee
If we don't get you more customers within your 90-day trial, you're entitled to a full refund of your $750 fee. To request a refund, contact us at legal@sjn-marketing.com. We'll handle refund requests promptly and in good faith.
What We Need From You
To deliver results, we need timely access to your Google Business Profile and website, and reasonably prompt responses when we need information or approval from you. Delays on your end may affect the timeline of results.
No Guarantee of Specific Rankings
While we guarantee results under the terms above, we do not guarantee specific search rankings, exact traffic numbers, or outcomes beyond what's stated in our guarantee. SEO results depend in part on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes and market competition.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SJN Marketing's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
You may cancel any ongoing retainer at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service to any client at our discretion, with a pro-rated refund for unused paid time if applicable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
